What a maternity session- Univ of Tampa

So it is Summer time, and I am feeling this great wave of relaxation come over my shoulders- well, I am not taking a break from doing photo sessions, but I am taking a break from being a "blog slave"- I cannot seem to find the time to add to my blog each day. My two little guys are out of school, I am training for more triathlons (I've done three since April- I will be doing the 1/2 Ironman in November), and I am really trying to just edit sessions and complete orders. So I will still blog some sessions, but not all of them.

This session was from last weekend- oh how I love a gorgeous family that is so wonderful to photograph! They even smiled at all of my crazy things that I did! Thank you "W" family for a great session!

Where has this Tampa Photographer been the past week?

I cannot believe that I have not posted anything in almost one week- I am such a slacker! Well- I have been just a little bit busy with photo sessions so I guess that is the best excuse. I have had seven great sessions this week- maternity, pet, family beach/park and one gorgeous backyard session on Davis Island. I will post a few of the maternity sessions on this entry since I am using some for display on Saturday at Seedlings. Nothing better than the beaches of Florida!

Where in the world has this week gone? In an effort to save time, I have selected my three most favorite images from my beach sessions last weekend. I have had another week of double photo sessions so I am just coming up for air now. I am just so thankful for everyone that makes my life that much better by allowing me to capture their memories. I still find myself getting butterflies before the session, and goosebumps as I edit the images after the session.

An angel from heaven!

I had the true honor of photographing little "Ms. S" for her Baptism invitations and portrait. I told her mommy that I

was not baptized until I was 26 (my best friend's dad baptized me, and it was such a great memory for me). I just love how the light hits her beautiful skin and sweet smile. She was the perfect angel for me!

Two super cute toe-heads!

I have always wondered where people came up with the name "toe-head"- I did a google search this morning only to find a somewhat boring explanation. I had a ball with these two beautiful children- oh to have the amazing skin and light hair that they have! This was a surprise to their parents from grandma- I just love when grandparents do this kind of stuff! Thank you for a wonderful time! I have five other sessions to post from last week so please check back on my blog this week!

This has been a great week of double sessions (and three beach sessions for tomorrow- eek).

I have had every type of session this week from newborn to pets to head shots to children- just loving it all!

This was such a wonderful couple to photograph with their two boys! I truly loved how "in love" they were with their children! There is just something so special about the relationship between pets and their owners- and I get to capture it! Thank you
