Bring on the Bellies! (Tampa Maternity Photographers)

Oh I have seen some pretty amazing bellies at the studio lately! Thank you to everyone that has allowed me to photograph such an incredible time in your life! I have some super great news at the studio- I have done some awesome updates to the outside studio. I just love really bright colors, and when you are a studio photographer, it can be a challenge to get this done. Well for those of you that love natural light (I do too), you get the best of both worlds with your session!

We will do the traditional stuff inside, and then head outside for my very funky cool walls! I have posted a sample from a session last week.... this "Mommy To Be" used it at her baby shower as a guest book- she will then frame it, and put it in the baby's room- just an excellent idea-huh? So this is my BLOG teaser- for the month of February, if you come in for your maternity session, and purchase a Milestone Collection Package (just $150.00 for four sessions of the baby's first year) you can get either an 11x14 print mounted to be used at your baby shower or you can get one of the super awesome delivery gowns from Fashionably Delivered for free! Jumping on the Cougar Bandwagon (Tampa Photographers)

Oh yes.... it is official- I love the new term "cougar" inspired by the TV show Cougar Town! I just think it is hilarious when you call another friend a cougar- I was in a meeting today, and we all just had a great laugh out of the name!
Anyway, I wanted to offer any South Tampa Cougar (or any Tampa Cougar for that fact) a super great chance to surprise their husband for Valentines Day with a great boudoir session. For $125.00 you will get a one hour session and a mini accordion album with 12 images (just consider it to be your husbands new black book). Large albums will be available for purchase if you are interested. Sessions must be completed before February 1st to make sure the albums will arrive in time. Pirate Images Can Now Be Viewed! (Tampa Photographers)

It is still cold in Tampa, and I just love it! As a native, I am soaking up every last second of the cold weather! I hope you all are enjoying the cold as well!
I have posted all of the images that were taken on Saturday. If I was not convinced in the past about my clients being super loyal to my crazy events, I am now 100% convinced. Thank you to everyone for coming out in the 30+ degree weather and rain for my Pirate Fest. The images are just amazing, and I am so excited for the contest to start. The pirate images will be posted to the home page of my website today. Each vote will cost $5.00 so please vote for your favorite pirate! The pirates that get the most votes will be on my float in the Childrens Gasparilla Parade on Saturday, January 23rd. The best part is that 100% of the money raised will be used to benefit the four local Ronald McDonald Houses!

One more day until the pirate fest + Valentines Day sessions (Tampa Kid Photographers)

Oh yes... no snow or rain can stop the super fun pirate sessions for tomorrow! I have rented a large tent for the vendors so please come and shop the super fun pirate gear! I have three different studios set up for the sessions. 1st studio is walk the plank with a real wooden dock. 2nd studio is an old fashioned treasure chest for you gold hungry pirates. 3rd is an old fashioned oak barrel just perfect for the pirates that are willing to have no fear of heights. I still have some sessions open so just send me an email.
On another note, Valentines Day is almost one month away. For the past four years, I have made personalized Valentines Day cards for kids and/or pets. I will still honor my 15 minute pirate sessions for my blog readers along with 15 minute Valentines Day sessions for the perfect personalized Valentines Day Card. Please email me with your 15 minute Valentines Day session request. These sessions will occur Monday-Friday AM or afternoon. It's Going To Snow In Tampa (Fun Kids Tampa Photographer)

Oh yes- I am a huge weather freak! My husband makes fun of me all of the time since I tend to be glued to the TV every 9 minutes (thanks Bay News 9). So during my treadmill run today (way too cold for an outside run), they said that we might have a chance of snow on Saturday. So, as the crazy photographer that I am, I automatically assumed that it is going to snow for the Pirate Fest this Saturday. Wow- just super cool! Have you booked your 15 minute session yet for this Saturday, January 9th? Brave the snow, enjoy the cold and come to my studio for a super fun time! Great vendors and great pirate pictures this Saturday from 9-2.

Gasparilla Pictures Kids/Pets (Tampa Kid and Pet Photography)

We are just four days away from the cutest Pirate Pictures Ever! If you have not emailed me, please let me know if you would like a 15 minute pirate session for this Saturday, January 9th from 9-2. I will have Downtown Dogs selling Pet Pirate Costumes, DKM selling adult shirts/jewelry, Hadley LLC selling pirate shirts for adults/kids and Kooky Kidz selling kids pirate clothing. The Tampa Junior League will be selling their cookbooks and I will have Marie's Organic Pirate Jellies/Jams on hand for free samples/to purchase. So get ready to shop and have some pirate fun!

Wow! Welcome to 2010 everyone! What a great year it is going to be! So I took a much needed vacation (well, I actually did three beach sessions and a few newborn sessions but who is counting).
I hope that everyone had a great holiday season!
I wanted to give you the skinny on my 2010 Pirate Fest! I have already booked a good amount of sessions for January 9th so please email me ASAP with your requests for a 15 minute Pirate Session! The sessions will be at my studio on Jan 9th from 9-3. It is a 15 minute session for $50.00. You get a free digital file and one 8x10 or two 5x7's. Your children and or pets are welcome! I will have some outfits on hand, but please bring some cute pirate stuff for your cutie pies! I have some great vendors offering pirate clothing (kids and adults) like DKM and Kooky Kidz, jewelry, door signs and even pirate jams/jellies so come ready to shop from 9-3. The Junior League of Tampa will be there selling their cookbooks too! The best part is that some of the children and pets will be able to be on my float in the Gasparilla Childrens Parade scheduled for January 23rd at 3:30p.m. Each vote will cost $5.00 in which 100% of the money collected from the votes will benefit the local Ronald McDonald Houses of Tampa Bay. If you cannot make it for a session on Jan 9th, I will have 15 minute pirate sessions for the contest from Jan 4th-Jan 20th. I hope to see Tampa's Best Pirates in January!
