Drum roll please..... you all know that I love belly bumps and babies right? Well for the past few months I have been losing sleep over how to make my maternity clients happy (it is a 24/7 thing when you own your own business). Introducing the most awesome thing ever to come out of my brain (what a weird thing to write). I have a new on-line baby registry. My light bulb went off during the Summer when I was doing a maternity session. I wanted to surprise the parents-to-be with a sign-the-print guest book idea. Then it occurred to me- you can get so overwhelmed with registering for baby bottles, crib bedding that you forget to register for the memories. You might get a blanket that Aunt Jane took hours to create (yes, always bring these to the sessions with you), but the clothing, baby bottles and everything will eventually get old and discarded- photos never get worn out and you never get tired of seeing them. My new line is: You've Registered for the Necessities, Now Register with me for the Memories!
I have to tell you that my web designer put a ton of work into this new program for me- so a big thank you to Leigh Lambert! I will be doing some great promos for this new program. I will kindly ask other photographers to be fair in not copying my website site design/information for this program. My ad in the October issue of Tampa Bay Parenting will have more details! Oh I forgot to mention that this new program will allow anyone to purchase gift certificates even if you don't have a belly bump (well actually you might if you are a dad wanting to get a gift certificate for your wife- Fall Football TV time + leftover Halloween Candy + great beverages = a nice dad belly bump).
